Anthro Northwest 5 COVID-19 Policy

1. Vaccination Policy

Attendees must meet at least one of the following requirements:

1. show proof of vaccination against COVID-19;
2. show proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered at most 72 hours before badge pickup; or
3. show proof of immunity that is signed by a licensed medical professional.

2. Mask Policy

All attendees must carry a mask while in the convention space.

Masks must be worn if you are within 6 feet (2 meters) of another person and are unable to social distance.

If you are participating in an event where wearing a mask would be unsafe or would interfere with your duties (such as performing in the dance competition, or providing sign language interpretation services), you can obtain a temporary mask exemption wristband for the duration of your qualifying duties. Please bring your own unused, non-expired, FDA-authorized COVID-19 self test to the Convention Office or FLARE Office. Take the self test in the office. Anthro Northwest staff or FLARE will verify your test result and issue the wristband to you. The exemption may only be used when circumstances require it for your health, safety, or performance of duties.

3. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time before the convention, especially if the COVID-19 risk profile changes. Anytime we announce an update to this policy, all attendees will be offered the option to cancel their membership and hotel reservation for a full refund within one week of the announcement.
