MEMBERSHIP

An Anthro Northwest membership allows access to the Anthro Northwest Convention featuring a catered opening celebration, workshops, panels, dances, vendors' room, artists' alley, art jam room and lounge.


To ensure the comfort of all attendees, an attendance cap will be in place for the 2018 event. Based on the the previous year's attendance, and the historical growth patterns of similar events in this area, the event is expected to sell out. Registration may not be available on-site.


Your membership may be changed or cancelled without penalty until October 1, 2018.

The standard adult membership includes admittance to all four days of the convention. Minors age 16-17 please view the minor information page.

Sponsor Membership

Sponsors help support the convention in a very big way. In appreciation for their support they receive early access to the hotel room block, early access to the vendor's room, the patron sponsor dinner, a convention T-shirt and commemorative coin.

Children may be registered on-site at no charge with a paying adult member. Please see the minor information page for more information regarding participation by children.

HOTEL REGISTRATION

Anthro Northwest 2018 will be held at the Seattle Renaissance Hotel on November 8-11. Changes and cancellations to your hotel reservation may be made without charge until October 1, 2018. After that date it may not be possible to refund the one day deposit or to make changes at the discounted room rate.

If you do not check-in, or cancel your hotel room with less than 72 hours notice, in addition to forfeiting your deposit, you will be charged the remainder of one nights stay (approximately $86.00).

If the Anthro Northwest block is full, additional rooms may be available at higher rates by contacting the Renaissance Hotel directly.

We recommend using the waiting list if the room block is full. Room shares and rides can be found at conroomies.com.

VENDOR APPLICATION

The vendors' room can accommodate approximately 50 vendors and features some of the finest anthro artists and suppliers in the world. Vendors receive a variety of services such as complimentary offload support, access to the appreciation lounge, shared low speed internet access for credit card processing, early access to the hotel room block and on-site support services. After acceptance of an application a discount coupon will be provided to pro-rate your membership. A full table receives a full credit towards the early registration membership fee. If you do not have a UBI number assigned in Washington State, you must apply for a DOR temporary registration certificate. There is no fee for this certificate.

ARTISTS' ALLEY APPLICATION

The Artists' Alley is a relaxed creative space where artists and vendors may reserve a half table and sell their merchandise. The Alley features beautiful natural lighting and a low entry price of only $20 per day (price includes a Seattle vendor's permit.) If you do not have a UBI number assigned in Washington State, you must apply for a DOR temporary registration certificate. There is no fee for this certificate. Artists' Alley tables must be cleared at the end of each day.
